The service

SportcastPredictor is a free-to-play football score prediction game. You join or create leagues, submit predictions for upcoming fixtures, and compete on a standings table with other league members. An AI Chat feature is available to answer questions about your league and predictions.

Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to create an account.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Public leagues and prizes

Some leagues are public and free to join. Where a league advertises a prize, entry is free — you never pay to participate or to be eligible for a prize. Any prize is offered at our discretion as a goodwill gesture, funded and paid out by us directly (not held or administered as a pooled stake), and the winner is determined solely by prediction accuracy under the league's scoring rules. We reserve the right to change, substitute, or withdraw a prize, or adjust or void it in cases of suspected cheating, technical error, or abuse.

You may register only one account per person. Entering a prize-eligible league with multiple accounts disqualifies all of them from that league's prize. In any dispute about scoring, standings, or prize eligibility, our decision is final.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to harass others, post offensive or illegal content (including in league names, display names, or AI Chat messages), attempt to manipulate scoring, scrape or abuse the service, or attempt to access accounts that aren't yours. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

AI Chat

The AI Chat feature uses Anthropic's Claude to answer questions. Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate — don't rely on it for anything important. See our Privacy Policy for how chat messages are processed.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Fixture data comes from a third-party provider and may occasionally be delayed or incorrect.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Since the service is free to use, our total liability to you in any case is limited to £50 (or the value of any prize owed under these terms, if greater).

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
